Partner Agreement

This agreement sets out how self-employed partners work with Grow Better Digital (GBD). By applying and accepting jobs, you agree to it. It’s a working draft and may be updated with notice.

1. Your status

You are an independent, self-employed contractor, not an employee or agent of GBD. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance, equipment, travel and insurance. You can decline any job offered to you.

2. Pricing

All work under the GBD brand is sold at GBD prices. You must not quote, discount, upsell or charge clients separately for work covered by a GBD job.

3. Operator fees

For jobs GBD sources and offers to you, GBD keeps a 20% operator fee and you receive 80% of the job value. For clients you bring yourself, who order through the GBD website using your partner code or link, GBD keeps a 10% operator fee and you receive 90%. Fees are calculated on the job value excluding VAT. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software and ad spend are passed through at cost and are not part of your earnings.

4. Getting paid

You’re paid by bank transfer once you’ve marked the job complete, GBD has signed it off and the client’s payment has cleared. Payments are listed in your partner portal with a reference. If an order is cancelled or refunded before payment, the related job is cancelled.

5. Systems, policies and SOPs

You get access to GBD’s policies, systems, templates and standard operating procedures, and must follow them on every GBD job. They are confidential and must not be shared, copied or used outside GBD work.

6. Clients

Clients of GBD-sourced jobs remain GBD clients. You must not approach them to offer the same or similar services outside GBD during the partnership and for 12 months after it ends. Clients you introduce under the GBD brand are handled through GBD for as long as the work is delivered under the GBD brand.

7. Quality and conduct

Deliver work on time, to the brief and to GBD standards, and communicate professionally with clients. Results vary depending on the offer, the product, demand, quality and the systems in place, so don’t promise clients guaranteed outcomes.

8. Data protection

Only use client data to complete the job, keep it secure, and delete or return it when the job is done, in line with UK GDPR.

9. Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership at any time. Jobs already accepted should be completed or handed back. GBD may suspend a partner who breaks this agreement. Questions: info@growbetterdigital.co.uk.
