These terms cover the Grow Better Digital (GBD) affiliate and referral programme: affiliates, referrers and customer refer-a-friend. By joining, you agree to them.
1. What you earn
Affiliates earn 10% cash commission and referrers earn 5% cash commission on the GBD value of each order they refer, up to £250 per order. There is no limit on how many orders you can refer. Commission is worked out on the order value excluding VAT, after any discounts, and excluding third-party costs charged at cost (such as domains, hosting and email). Customers who refer a friend get £25 account credit once the friend’s first order clears, and the friend gets £25 credit when they create their account.
2. How referrals are tracked
A sale counts as yours when the customer uses your referral link (we remember it for 60 days) or enters your referral code at checkout. If a customer uses a referral code, that code takes priority. You can’t earn on your own orders or orders from your own household or business.
3. Holding period and payment
Commission is held for 30 days after payment so it can cover cancellations and refunds, then it’s approved. Approved cash commission is paid by bank transfer to the account you add in your affiliate portal. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the related commission is cancelled or reduced. If commission has already been paid on an order that is later refunded, we may deduct it from future payouts.
4. Credit
Account credit has no cash value, can only be spent on eligible GBD products and services, and can’t be used on management services or third-party costs. Credit can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5. How you promote GBD
Be honest and accurate. Label paid or incentivised posts clearly as ads (for example #ad), in line with ASA and CAP guidance. Don’t make claims about guaranteed results – results vary depending on the offer, the product, demand, quality and the systems in place. No spam, no bidding on the Grow Better Digital name in paid search, no fake reviews and no misleading discount sites.
6. Your details
Your bank, contact and tax details are encrypted and only seen by you and the GBD team. You are responsible for declaring any commission you earn for tax purposes.
7. Ending or changing the programme
We can approve or decline applications, and remove affiliates or referrers who break these terms. We may change rates or these terms with notice; changes don’t affect commission already earned. Questions: info@growbetterdigital.co.uk.
