These terms and conditions explain how Grow Better Digital works with clients, from fixed prices and payment to ownership and cancellation.

These terms apply when you use growbetterdigital.co.uk or buy services from Grow Better Digital (“GBD”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email info@growbetterdigital.co.uk.
1. Our services and prices
- We show every price excluding VAT. We add VAT at the final checkout.
- Each service page says exactly what is included. Anything not listed needs a separate quote.
- Third-party costs, such as software licences, hosting suppliers, domain registrations and mailbox licences, are charged at cost plus handling.
- Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform. Our management fee is separate.
2. Paying for one-off services
- You pay a 60% deposit to start the work.
- The 40% balance falls due when we finish, or one month after you pay the deposit, whichever comes first.
- Where we offer it, you can spread the balance over several monthly payments. The checkout shows your payment dates before you pay.
- We may pause work while a payment is overdue.
3. Monthly, six-monthly and annual services
We bill ongoing services at the interval shown on the service page: every month, every 6 months or once a year. We start billing one billing period after you order, unless the service page says otherwise. Monthly management services run on a rolling 3-month minimum term. You can cancel within 7 days of ordering if the work has not been completed, or at any time once the first 90 days have passed, by emailing us before your next billing date. Hosting: your website stays live only while your hosting plan is active and paid. If a payment is missed, or you end the plan, we send a short warning and then take the website offline. We never delete it, and it can go live again once the plan is paid. Advertising budgets are paid to the advertising platform, so once spent they cannot be refunded by us. An ad budget is an ongoing investment: when the budget stops, the advertising stops. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund a period you have already paid for, unless the law says otherwise.
4. What we need from you
We can only deliver on time if you give us the information, access, content and decisions we ask for. Delivery dates move if you are late. You confirm you have the right to use any material you send us.
5. Our promise to you
We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. We cannot promise a specific result from services such as SEO, advertising or social media, because outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, platforms, competitors and your market.
6. Legal and case support services
Where we offer help with letters, bundles, applications or case paperwork, we organise and prepare documents. GBD is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice or act as your legal representative.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where they apply, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not try to damage it, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy our content without our written permission. We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, although you may also have the right to bring a claim in your home nation.
